1. Parties and Definitions
Company: TAZEVAR GIDA PAZARLAMA VE ELEKTRONİK TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Alaqart"), registered at KOCATEPE MAH. GÜMRÜK İSKELESİ CAD. A BLOK MEGA CENTER BAYRAMPAŞA/ İSTANBUL.
Platform: Alaqart (https://alaqart.com) is a digital platform that provides order management between restaurants and suppliers.
User: Natural or legal persons who register on the platform and utilize subscription services.
2. Scope of Service
- Alaqart is a platform that enables restaurants and suppliers to digitally manage their ordering processes.
- Users gain access to the platform in exchange for a monthly subscription fee.
- Platform; provides tools such as product listing, order tracking, payment management and similar features.
3. User Obligations
Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and preventing platform misuse.
Prohibited Activities: Illegal content sharing, spamming, fraud, or copyright infringement on the platform is prohibited.
Accurate Information: Users are obligated to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and platform usage.
4. Subscription and Payment
Fees: Monthly subscription fees are collected based on the prices specified on the platform.
Payment Methods: Credit card, bank transfer or other electronic payment tools are accepted.
Cancellation and Refund: Subscriptions can be cancelled by the user without prior notice. Refunds are subject to company policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform (logo, software, design) belongs to Alaqart. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
The responsibility for content shared by users belongs to the person sharing it.
6. Limitation of Liability
Alaqart is not responsible for damages resulting from technical issues on the platform or third-party services.
Alaqart is not a party in disputes between users.
7. Termination of Agreement
Alaqart may suspend accounts or terminate the agreement in case users violate the terms.
Users can terminate their subscriptions at any time.
8. Disputes and Jurisdiction
This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
Istanbul Courts have jurisdiction in disputes.
