REFUND POLICY

1. Refund Conditions

Right of Withdrawal Refund: Consumers can exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of agreement without providing any reason. Fees paid during this period will be refunded.

Subscription Cancellation: Subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing period. No refund is provided for the used period.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in cases of immediate delivery of digital services (Consumer Law No. 6502, Article 15/g).

2. Refund Process

Refund Request: Refund requests should be sent toinfo@alaqart.com
Evaluation: The request will be evaluated within 3 business days.
Refund Transaction: Approved refunds will be processed to your payment method (credit card/bank account) within30 business days.

3. Refund Exceptions

Refund requests may be rejected in cases where the service has been fully provided.
No refund will be issued in cases of fraud or malicious usage.
Refund requests are not accepted after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
