DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. Parties

SELLER: TAZEVAR GIDA PAZARLAMA VE ELEKTRONİK TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Alaqart"), registered at KOCATEPE MAH. GÜMRÜK İSKELESİ CAD. A BLOK MEGA CENTER BAYRAMPAŞA/ İSTANBUL.

BUYER: Natural or legal person who registers on the platform and purchases the subscription service.

2. Subject of Service

Alaqart provides monthly subscription service that gives access to the digital platform used by restaurants and suppliers for order management. Technical features and scope of the service are clearly stated on the platform.

3. Agreement Formation

The Buyer electronically approves the subscription agreement by paying the monthly fee stated on the platform.
The agreement becomes effective upon completion of payment and activation of the account.

4. Fee and Payment

Subscription Fee: Collected monthly in TL as specified on the platform.

Payment Methods: Credit card, bank transfer, or electronic wallets.

Auto-Renewal: Fees are automatically renewed monthly (unless subscription is cancelled).

5. Right of Withdrawal

14-Day Withdrawal: Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from the date of agreement without giving any reason.

Cases Where Withdrawal Right Cannot Be Used:

If the subscription service has started with the Buyer's approval before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
As the service is entirely digital and delivered instantly, the right of withdrawal cannot be used (Consumer Law No. 6502 and Distance Sales Regulation Article 15/g).

6. Service Performance and Access

Instant Access: Platform access is provided instantly upon subscription activation.

Uninterrupted Service: Service is available 24/7 except for technical issues.

7. Liability and Warranty

Limitation of Liability: Alaqart does not guarantee uninterrupted service provision. No liability is accepted in extraordinary circumstances (server failures, natural disasters).

Third-Party Content: Alaqart is not responsible for third-party content (supplier information) on the platform.

8. Termination of Agreement

Cancellation by Buyer: The Buyer can cancel the subscription at any time. Cancellation becomes effective in the next payment period.

Termination by Company: Alaqart may terminate the agreement due to terms violation or technical necessities.

9. Dispute Resolution

Jurisdiction: This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

Competent Court: Istanbul Consumer Arbitration Committees and Istanbul Courts have jurisdiction in disputes.
